Your fantasy is waiting 🖤
If you’re craving a little more of my attention, my smile, my curves.
Then you’re ready to experience my more seductive side, I’ll be waiting.

A woman’s crown doesn’t fall when she helps another woman adjust hers.👑🤍
There was a time when I was one of the main catalog models for Bella Honey, a lingerie line created by a woman I was proud to call my friend.
Her designs appeared everywhere from fashion shoots and magazines to television and even Sex and the City. Out of all the beautiful women she could have chosen, she trusted me to help bring her vision to life, and I celebrated her success as if it were my own.
This industry introduced me to many incredible people. Some stayed for years. Some only for a season. But every encounter carried purpose.
One thing I speak about in my book is how this industry often taught women to compete instead of collaborate, to compare instead of connect.
I’ve never believed in that.
There’s room for all of us to win.
Applaud the woman building her dream.
Celebrate the woman winning, even when it’s not your season yet.
Some people are chapters.
Some are entire books.
But every soul we meet leaves a sentence in our story.
And if we’re lucky, we leave something beautiful in theirs too. 🤍

If you enjoy beautiful things, you know where to find me.
Not every poem is written with words.
Some are written in soft curves,
quiet confidence,
and the art of knowing exactly who you are.
The fantasy is beautiful
but the woman behind it is even more captivating. ✨

Some fathers leave.
Some fathers return.
My prayer is that healing brings you back before time runs out.
Because it’s never too late to choose love. 🤍
It’s never too late to show up.
It’s never too late to be a father. 🤍
I never claimed to be perfect.
In fact, I’ve openly talked about my own contradictions and the choices I’ve made to survive while raising a special needs child.
We can acknowledge our own flaws and still speak on things we believe are harmful.
Growth isn’t hypocrisy.
It’s being honest enough to evolve. 🤍
Talking about Dysfunction doesn’t mean I’m exempt from it. It means I’m honest enough to recognize it in myself and in the world around me
Unpopular opinion:
Most of these “crazy” livestreams aren’t entertainment.
They’re broken people performing their pain for profit…
while millions cheer them on.
And then we wonder why they’re drinking, spiraling, fighting, and losing themselves.
Chaos pays.
Peace doesn’t trend.
But peace is still the real flex.
🤍
Happy Father’s Day to my oldest son. 🤍
You chose peace over pain. Love over chaos. And your son over your pride.
That’s how generational curses are broken.
I’m proud of the man and father you are becoming. Always remember…
Mom has your back. 🤍
Happy Father’s Day to the men breaking generational curses.
To the fathers who choose healing over hurt.
Presence over pride.
Love over ego.
And to the mothers who had to make impossible choices to protect their children…
Sometimes breaking the cycle means walking away from dysfunction.
Not every absence is a loss.
Sometimes it’s the beginning of peace. 🤍
Warning: Side effects may include obsession, daydreaming, and wanting more. 😏💕
I’m not everyone’s cup of tea…
I’m more like expensive champagne. 🥂✨
You know where to find me.

My son is the blessing.
The diagnosis is not.
I don’t apologize for praying he speaks.
I don’t apologize for wanting him to heal.
I don’t apologize for believing in miracles.
I love him exactly as he is.
And I will fight for everything he can become.
Until my last breath.
🤍
Loving him as he is and believing he can heal are not opposites. They are both acts of faith.
I come from brokenness.
But I was never destined to stay broken.
My father’s story became my warning.
My pain became my purpose.
My healing became my legacy.
I honor where I came from,
but I refuse to live there.
At almost 48, I’m not slowing down.
I’m not looking back.
I’m just getting started. 🤍
From New York with Puerto Rican roots… this one hits different. 🥹🇵🇷🗽🏀
Long overdue for the city I love, and I couldn’t be prouder to see my island brothers representing with heart, passion, and pride.
New York pride. Puerto Rican pride. Caribbean pride. Today we celebrate ALL OF IT. ❤️💙🤍
¡Vamos Knicks! 💙🧡
Happy Puerto Rican Day Parade! 🇵🇷🇵🇷🔥
I found my calendars from March & April 2004.
The dates don’t lie.
March 23rd the last time I saw my dad.
March 26th he left.
A few months later, he would be gone forever.
Then came April.
A raid.
News cameras.
The front page of the New York Post.
Interviews.
MTV.
Hosting events.
Photo shoots.
Performances.
Being a mom.
Being a daughter.
Being a provider.
Looking at these pages now, I’m asking myself…
How did I keep going?
And the answer is: because sometimes survival doesn’t look heroic.
Sometimes it’s putting on makeup while your heart is breaking.
Sometimes it’s smiling for pictures while grieving.
Sometimes it’s showing up for everyone else when you’re barely holding yourself together.
I was only 24.
The world remembers the headlines, the performances, and the magazine covers.
I remember the girl carrying grief behind the smile.
These calendars brought back beautiful memories and painful ones. But more than anything, they reminded me of this:
You can be devastated and still move forward.
You can lose people you love and still build a life.
You can break… and still become.
The full story is in my book.
Because sometimes the dates we survive become the chapters that save us. ❤️
The world saw me shine. Only I knew how hard I was fighting to keep my light alive.
Fitness has never been a phase for me. It’s been a lifestyle since I was a teenager. Long before motherhood, responsibilities, deadlines, and life pulled me in a hundred different directions, movement was my therapy. From dancing to training, I’ve always loved the feeling of pushing my body beyond what I thought it could do.
As I look through these photos over the years, I’m reminded of something important: my only competition has ever been the woman I was yesterday.
Today, I’m in good shape. But I also know what my body is capable of. Muscle remembers. Discipline remembers. The mind remembers. And when I look back at the strength, definition, and dedication I once had, I don’t feel discouraged , I feel inspired.
So I’m going back to what has always worked for me: consistency, discipline, and numbers. 500+ squats a day. 300 sit ups and climbing. More reps. More effort. More focus. Not because I have something to prove to anyone else, but because I owe it to myself to become the strongest version of me.
The truth is, most of us aren’t held back by a lack of ability. We’re held back by the excuses we tell ourselves. Tomorrow. Next week. When life slows down. When I have more time.
But the life you want is built by what you do today.
Every workout is a conversation with yourself. Every rep says, “I haven’t given up.” Every drop of sweat is proof that you’re investing in your future.
Speak life over yourself. Speak strength over yourself. Speak health over yourself. Your body is listening. Your mind is listening. Your spirit is listening.
And when the workout is over, when you’re tired and sore and feel like you gave everything you had, there’s a sense of accomplishment that no one can take away from you.
This post is motivation for me and motivation for you.
Push harder.
Go farther.
Become stronger.
Because the person standing between who you are and who you want to be has always been the same person staring back at you in the mirror.
Let’s get to work. 💪🏽✨
