@mjrowland68 2/. This would allow our highly educated nursing staff to do the jobs they are qualified for, under less pressure......because they have other staff around them to support them.

@mjrowland68 1/.In addition, how about this government restrategise the many roles of nursing, reclassify them with a view to establish groupings of less complex (for lack of better words) and then put in place appropriate short duration training for these new positions.

@normanswan What I would appreciate knowing is, if a person has had two doses of a covid vaccine still carry the virus, and transfer it to another/others, even though they are negative?

@leighsales The point to understand is,was he copied or sent to. Common practice is, certainly in my work environment, was to read and respond to emails sent to me but those copied on , read when I got the time or delete them. This was the advice given at time management courses
