@KFCSA I have done that a couple of times already, I even sent a DM message before I came to this wall. I called sent DM and even emailed couple of time. I got sent back and forth pillar to post 😪
@KFCSA I am very disappointed with your customer care service and your services in general. I made an online order on 27 November last year. The payment went thru but for some reason, I didn't get my order. I inquired about it and you replied and promised me a refund.
1. Order number (alternatively, a description of the goods purchased, and the payment method used can be provided),2. Full name,3. Restaurant Visited4. KSA Number (As found on the till slip)
5. Contact Number (preferably a cell number),
