@jaegermedia1 Diet consists of little to no sugar aside from the daily 2 cups of wild blueberries. I eat beef, fish and eggs daily. Very occasional chicken. Lots of whole milk. 7-8hr of good sleep. Nude sunbathing 3-5x a week. Lift with full intensity 5x a week. I take zinc 40mg daily.
@jakubflow Refuses to consume whey, eats 1-2 meals a day, hardly any heavy gym lifts to be seen, “rarely” eats rice… yeah you’ll never reach my test levels.
