Laptops I woud go from now on: Thinkpads, Framework Laptops. Even if you screw up some parts you can still buy replacements (duh!!)

Phones: I am not sure, I think there is no good easy reparable phones in the market...

I am so done with Macbook laptops!

After owning a Macbook Pro 14 M1 for 3 years, I wanted to clean it and replace the thermal paste on the CPU.

The existing thermal paste was SO dry which is a clear indication that it needs replacement every few years.

I spent a week coding without Github Copilot 🤖

Pros:
- more focused as I have to actively think and type
- no continuous code review of what Copilot writes
- more learning: I have to read the docs more often

Cons:
- A lot of typing: This is fine though as I can get used to it
