We cannot afford to trade our souls for short-lived gratification. We must stand firm rooted in integrity, excellence, wisdom, courage, and truth.
In our second session, Mr. Patrick Mugenyi CEO, Bethell Group has challenged our class of Next Generational Leaders to pay attention to key global issues such as; shift in world power , national wealth among others.

My key takeaway from the session, turned into a question, is, are we making decisions with the next Generation in mind or with a short-term benefit/satisfaction in mind? And attention to global issues broadens perspective, sharpens vision, and equips us to lead with foresight.

Mr. Boaz Atuheire yesterday took us through Leadership Lessons from the book of Esther!
We were able to draw lessons of; courage, concern for others, calmness, respect, patience & willingness to listen .
He stated that leaders like Mordecai expose the evils of the world.
Mr. Kabiswa David challenged the Next Generational Leaders to constantly seek knowledge through reading. He urged the youth to utilize the current technological advancements that have made access to information much easier.
