@b_miklasz I wasn't disregarding park factor whatsoever. In fact it was the whole basis of my comment. I was comparing his home ERA in a hitter's park (5.50) to his ERA on the road at less friendly hitters parks (4.50) and made a point that his road ERA was nothing to get excited about.

@b_miklasz Yes, the ballpark is a mitigating factor. But with a road ERA a run less than home, if he pitched around the same amount of innings home and road that would equate to an approximate 4.50 road ERA and 5.50 home ERA. Not too exciting. That being said, I hope he pans out.
