Stepping into 2026 with a full heart and so much to be grateful for.

This year gave me many moments to hold close — both personally and professionally. It was a special one 🙏🏻

It also came with reminders that the world can feel heavy, uncertain, and pretty crazy at times. And it’s really shown me that where you place your focus and energy matters. When I slow down and pay attention to the things I love — the people, the moments, the small joys and the big ones — that’s when life feels rich and beautiful.

Be present.
Protect your energy.
Let your heart lead.
Spend time with the people who matter.
Say the things.
Take the trips.
Say yes to the things you really want but keep putting off — you deserve it.
And stay in the moment while it’s happening. Enjoy every minute.

Life moves quickly, and it isn’t perfect — but there is so much good right in front of us if we choose to notice it.

I’m excited for 2026. I’m focused, grounded, grateful, and open to whatever comes. And as always, I’m ready to make the most of life and laugh until I’m almost peeing my pants.

Like most of us… my heart, and my head… are still with Bondi 💔 it’s been a real struggle to process. My priority over the past few days has been reaching out to loved ones, checking in, telling them I love them, and making sure they’re okay. It’s been incredibly heavy, and something I never imagined I’d witness in our beautiful country.

I worked in Bondi for years. The Bondi I know is vibrant, open, and full of life — a place people go to breathe, to reset, to find peace. Seeing all the places I used to visit, hang, swim become such a tragic crime scene, now marked by so much fear and loss, still feels too crazy and heartbreaking to comprehend.

Seeing innocent lives taken so cruelly and senselessly is devastating. At the same time, witnessing the bravery of people who put themselves in harm’s way to protect others has been extraordinary — a powerful reminder of the good that still exists, even in the darkest moments.

I stand with the Jewish community. Antisemitism is vile, and the hatred surrounding it is deeply upsetting and unnecessary. No one should feel unsafe simply for who they are or what they believe in.

I’ve also seen a lot online that’s left me feeling sick — so much racism, so much hate, and such a rush to blame and politicise this tragedy. That’s not the country I grew up believing in, and it’s not the future I want for us.

Right now, a lot of people are still scared — and that includes me. We’re all trying to process something that feels too big and too close. But fear doesn’t have to turn into cruelty.

With Christmas so close, I just want to say this: let’s be kind to each other. Make a stranger’s day. Do something selfless. Help someone with their groceries. Hold a door open. Check on a neighbour. Smile at someone who looks like they might need it. These small, human moments matter more than we realise.

That’s how we get through times like this — by choosing compassion, choosing kindness, and looking after one another.
