BREAKING: HELL NO! A popular Wisconsin brewery has its liquor license revoked after promising free beer to Americans when Donald Trump dies.
So much for the First Amendment....
“We need all the money we can get to sue the Department of Revenue and stay in business,” liberal activist Kirk Bangstad, owner of The Minocqua Brewing Company, told the Independent.
“As you can imagine, I’m not taking this lying down,” he wrote in a Substack post. “We’re going to fight the state of Wisconsin tooth and nail, and once again, they’ll have to pry me out of my taprooms before I stop selling beer to thirsty progressives who come to visit us.”
The brewery, which Bangstad has described as "the state’s most progressive brewery," is set to be shut down by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. He has until August 4th to appeal and can continue to operate during the appeals process.
You hear that Wisconsinites? It's time to flock to this place and boost their profits to help with those legal fees!
Bangstad alleges that the minor violations and tax hiccups that the state is accusing him of do not warrant a total shutdown. Given the Trump administration's penchant for abusing institutional power for political retribution, it seems quite possible that this is a partisan hatchet job. It would be a simple matter for MAGA sympathizers in the DOR to latch onto minor issues as a pretext to target Bangstad.
“Everyone reading this, Democrat or Republican, should recoil at the thought of a small and thriving business being destroyed by their state government over such small violations—especially a brewery in the state of Wisconsin!” said Bangstad.
While Bangstad has long been an outspoken progressive and vocal critic of Trump, it was his recent promise to hand out free beer to celebrate the President's demise which may have been the straw that broke the camel's back.
"Free beer, all day long , the day he dies," the brewery wrote on Facebook. "Show us this post when it happens in a few months and we’ll make good on that promise."
"While they didn't mention Trump by name, it was obvious who they were referring to. When commenters asked for clarification, the account replied: "Well that's up to you and your ability to act like a cia agent."
After the alleged assassination attempt on Trump at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in April, the account again kicked the MAGA hornet's nest.
"Well, we almost got #freebeerday," the company wrote. "Either a brother or sister in the Resistance needs to work on their marksmanship or he faked another assassination to get a positive news cycle. We’ll never know.. Regardless, we stand at the ready to pour free beer the day it happens."
What do you plan on doing when Trump shuffles off this mortal coil?
Please like and share if you stand with the brewery!
BREAKING: VOTER SUPPRESSION — Trump’s mail-ballot scheme just got a GREEN LIGHT from a federal appeals court.
A federal appeals court just handed Donald Trump a dangerous win in his campaign to gut mail-in voting, right as the clock runs out before the midterms.
The D.C. Circuit ruled Tuesday that a legal challenge to Trump's March 2026 executive order is "premature," clearing the way for the administration to keep pushing forward with implementation.
The order directs USPS to send mail ballots — in new barcoded envelopes — ONLY to voters appearing on citizenship lists compiled by DHS and the Social Security Administration. Anyone not on those lists, including eligible voters caught up in database errors, risks having their ballot withheld or never counted at all.
The court's logic should alarm anyone who cares about voting rights: it said voters have to wait until the harm is already happening before they're allowed to challenge it in court. By the time that "ripeness" standard is satisfied, ballots could already be uncounted, and elections could already be decided.
Even more troubling, the D.C. panel treated Trump's own legalistic hedging in the executive order — language claiming agencies will only act "to the extent feasible and consistent with applicable law" — as a real safeguard, rather than the kind of vague, easily-ignored boilerplate presidents insert precisely to dodge judicial scrutiny.
Other courts have flatly rejected that reasoning. Just days earlier, the First Circuit ruled 2-1 against Trump, affirming an injunction blocking the order in 23 states and D.C., explicitly rejecting the same "wait and see" logic the D.C. Circuit just embraced.
Here's the truly ominous part buried in the D.C. Circuit's own opinion: the judges acknowledged that Trump's order would require the President — who the Constitution grants "no express authority over the conduct of elections" — to unilaterally overhaul how ballots are handled nationwide, without funding, without congressional authorization, mere weeks before a federal election. They even suggested it "may not prove feasible to implement in any manner whatsoever." And yet, they still let it proceed for now.
With Trump's DOJ now asking the Supreme Court to fast-track approval of this order before midterm voting begins, the country is barreling toward a decision that could determine whether millions of legitimate mail ballots get counted at all.
This is what election sabotage looks like when it hides behind procedural technicalities. This is what happens when a panicked president realizes that his party’s chances in the midterm elections are exceedingly slim, and that a Democratic majority in Congress means the total derailment of his agenda and the beginning of a slew of investigations into his likely criminal actions in office so far.

BREAKING: COMPLICITY! Google has been quietly deleting thousands of reviews describing HORRIFIC conditions inside ICE detention centers.
Immigrant detainees and their families have been trying to tell the world about the horrendous conditions and abusive treatment that is happening inside ICE detention facilities.
In an act that benefits no one but the Trump administration and the private prison corporations that run these facilities, Google has been erasing all the negative reviews posted about those hellholes.
A new study by Tulane University professor Muira McCammon found that Google Maps has systematically deleted thousands of reviews left on ICE detention facility listings — real, firsthand accounts of overcrowding, medical neglect, and abuse — and quietly disabled the ability to leave new ones.
When McCammon first collected reviews in 2025, she found 1,636 posts across 26 facilities, with another 91 immigration jails already stripped of any review function entirely. By now, almost all of those original reviews are gone. Only four ICE facilities still allow reviews at all.
And these weren't random complaints. They were desperate testimonies from people trapped inside a system with almost no outside accountability. One review described a father held three times longer than his original sentence. Others described roach-infested cells, cruel and racist staff, freezing temperatures with only thin blankets, and detainees unable to communicate with guards due to language barriers with no translators provided.
Google claims this is just routine policy, citing a 2023 rule allowing it to remove reviews for places people "go to without choice," like prisons. But DHS's own spokesperson bizarrely undercut that justification, claiming "being in detention is a choice" — apparently referencing self-deportation, as if people being forcibly held in ICE custody chose to be there.
This isn't Google's first move to suppress information about ICE. In 2025, the company blocked Android users from downloading ICEBlock, an app that let people crowdsource ICE sightings to protect their communities.
As McCammon puts it, these aren't neutral content-moderation decisions — they're political choices that suppress "carceral information and counter-narratives," shielding a system of mass detention from public scrutiny at precisely the moment that scrutiny matters most.
Real people, describing real suffering inside a system funded by American taxpayers, are being silenced — not by ICE directly, but by a tech giant quietly doing the erasing for them.
There’s a word for what Google is doing: COMPLICITY.
Perhaps it’s time for consumers to find alternatives to Google’s products like its search engine, Google Maps, Chrome browser, and Android phones. A consumer boycott might teach the mega-corporation a lesson in free speech.

BREAKING: A federal judge has just ordered Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to hand over the unredacted Epstein Files emails and documents for the court’s private review in MeidasTouch host Katie Phang’s lawsuit.
In a new order, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan directed the Justice Department to produce the unredacted records in camera (for the judge’s eyes only) by July 30, along with documentation backing up DOJ’s claims that the names and other information it blacked out are, in fact, the categories of people it says they are.
That’s significant because the court isn’t simply accepting the government’s representations at face value. Judge Sullivan is requiring the DOJ to prove its redactions are justified by reviewing the underlying records himself. In other words—they’re not buying what the DOJ is selling!!
Katie Phang said that while the judge denied her request to be present during the in-chambers review, she said it was “worth the ask.”
This is another important step in the legal battle over the Epstein Files and whether the Justice Department has properly withheld information from the public.
Thank you, Katie! Remember to subscribe to her YouTube channel for all the updates: https://t.co/i8tFY7noLA
Todd Blanche is doing damage control for his botched release of the Epstein Files.
Survivors *repeatedly* pled with the Justice Department to redact their sensitive information.
Blanche’s response? Copy-paste language taking zero responsibility and blaming survivors.
Shameful.
It's pretty crazy how the President of the United States had to pay a woman nearly 6 million dollars for assaulting her in a department store dressing room and it already vanished from the news cycle after only 24 hours
BREAKING: Shocking new reporting shows that the ICE agent who murdered Johan Guerrero in Maine is “extremely mentally ill” and has a LONG history of violence, including brutally beating his wife and kids and throwing boiling water at his infant child, but was given a badge and a gun anyway!
They’re hiring the worst of the worst…
There’s no wonder why people are getting shot if this is the quality of person that ICE is putting on the street in their Gestapo squads.
Ashley Brouillette, the ex-wife of ICE killer David Brouillette, revealed his deeply disturbing past to the media after he called her and asked her to lie for him. She would not.
She revealed that he “once threw boiling water at her while she was holding their child,” which was confirmed by her mother Avis Collins.
His SECOND ex-wife – red flag right there – “alleged that he had stalked and harassed her and physically and verbally abused his daughter, according to multiple requests for temporary protection orders. Brouillette tackled his teenage daughter and smashed spaghetti in her hair, and during another outburst, he dragged his daughter around the house as she cried, she said.”
He once left his ex-wife a voicemail that said “And all of you should have your f——–g throats cut. Yeah, you should. Am I threatening that I’m gonna do that? Nope. Nope. But do I think that you should have your f——-g throats cuts? Or should have had them cut? Yep.”
A relative said that David was “extremely mentally ill” and said he attempted suicide twice at age 12 and was hospitalized multiple times. His daughter said that she came home from school once and he told her he had been sitting on a tree stump with a gun to his head.
This is the kind of person that Donald Trump is giving a gun to and sending out on the street to terrorize innocent people. It just goes to show that they are doing ZERO vetting and don’t care at ALL about who dies as a consequence.
David Brouillette needs to face justice for murdering Johan – but so does everyone up the chain who put him in a position to kill, because this man should NEVER have been allowed anywhere near a firearm.
🚨BREAKING: Trump’s voter fraud speech is BACKFIRING as Americans flood social media with the recording of Trump demanding Georgia “find 11,780 votes” after he lost the 2020 election.
Trump is the last person on Earth who should be talking about election fraud.
"I only need 11,000 votes, fellas. I need 11,000 votes. Gimme a break."
In case anyone forgot: the only person caught trying to rig the 2020 election was Donald Trump—and it's on tape.
Every accusation from this insecure little man is projection.
If Trump wins, it’s a fair election. If he loses, there was fraud. Does he realize the election he’s talking about happened under his watch as President? The only reason Trump is bringing this up now is to distract from the fact he’s failed to make Americans' lives better.
REMINDER THAT YOUR ELECTIONS WERE CONSIDERED FREE AND FAIR FOR 240 YEARS AMERICA 🤷 BUT THIS CHANGED WHEN A SERIAL LIAR WHO CHEATED HIS WAY THROUGH LIFE TOLD YOU WITHOUT EVIDENCE THAT YOUR ELECTIONS WERE RIGGED 🙄 TRUMP IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS TRYING TO RIGG YOUR ELECTIONS 🙄

Any updates?
A unanimous jury found that a man sexually abused a woman, then defamed her for saying so. He appealed - and appealed, and appealed. The verdict survived every level.
That man is the sitting president of the United States.
Raphael Warnock: “Donald Trump lost Georgia in 2020. That’s not my opinion, it’s a fact. The votes were counted, recounted, audited, and litigated. He lost, he lost, he lost. He’s trying to sow doubt on the integrity of our elections in Georgia so he can create the pretext to interfere in 2026. This president is a liar, a cheater, and a fraud and he has shown us over and over again that staying in power matters more to him than anything else”
