Two workshops. One goal: turn theory into real motorsport. 🏎️
Thanks to ITK Engineering, I guided BCN eMotorsport through vehicle dynamics and testing, bridging knowledge with performance.

A historic first for hydrogen racing.
And a proud debut for Team Hansen in a new era of motorsport.
Precision. Resilience. Adaptation.
That’s what performance really means.
#ExtremeH#GripEngineering
We had the pace. We had the performance.
And we were taken out.
Team Hansen made its debut at the first-ever hydrogen race in history:the FIA Extreme H World Cup.
A new era for racing. A new challenge for engineering.
#ExtremeH#HydrogenRacing
Andreas Bakkerud and Catie Munnings fought back from last to P5.
Lap after lap, they showed what defines this team: resilience.
For me as a performance engineer, this event proved one thing:
you can’t control everything: but you can control how fast you adapt.

A first for Team Brazil.
A first in Africa. ⚡🇳🇬
In Lagos, we made history, winning Team Brazil’s first-ever E1 race at the first event ever held on the continent.
An interview can be the start of a new chapter - if you go in prepared.
That’s what my mentoring paths are designed to give you: clarity, focus, and confidence.

Talent isn’t enough to pass a world championship team interview.
You need clarity and insight into what teams really expect.
Antonio, a vehicle dynamics engineer, was preparing for a top level interview.
Nervous. Uncertain. No roadmap.
One mentoring session changed everything.
“Josep gave me structure, focus and confidence. His insights into how top-level teams operate helped me approach the interview with clarity.”
Precise. Motivating. Valuable.
Turning theory into control.
Turning control into results.
That’s the lesson Formula E gave me, and I carry it everywhere.
👉 If you’re starting your path in motorsport, what’s the first lesson you want to master?

4 years ago I was in Formula E – but it feels like a lifetime. ⚡🏎
My first step into electric racing.
Where performance engineering wasn’t about theory.
It was about control.
#GRIPthrowback
Since then I’ve engineered across:
🏎 IndyCar
🌍 Rallycross
🌊 E1 electric powerboats
But Formula E is still where I learned to think differently as an engineer.
@llluis555 It is important they know how to start in Motorsport, and also that there is life outside of F1! Your blog really helps with that, I have been a long time follower
