We've also reconfigured our SAN switch infrastructure. Not sure if this was a problem, but some improvements were needed (& opportunistic)

Our SAN is almost back online. We've replaced the RAM in the disk controller, and the cache battery.

We have a senior engineer on site. Storage issues are being resolved first. We're also looking deeper into the controller problem.

We are experiencing multiple equipment failures, including an IP-KVM unit for remote support. A senior engineer is being called to site

Routing & dedicated servers should be restored. We're working on storage (again) as the next priority.

About 2 hours ago, we experienced a rack-level PDU failure in our operations rack. This has affected routing, storage, & some dedicated svrs

Today (& this past week) have been hectic! VPS servers & instances had to be rebooted more than once due to SAN disk controller failures...
