@ThreeUKSupport We have sent these documents to your “refunds” email provided by your chat people about 1.5/2 months ago now ... still no reply. Still no refund. Disgraceful to be honest at this time when people need things easy.

@ThreeUKSupport Again...more than useless. A phone company that cannot accept any phone calls. Still waiting 2 months for refund. Warning: do not order new pay as you go SIM cards, they do not have support teams to handle any queries for them.
@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a month now ... we have sent emails with all the information, copies of payments taken and requested refund to your email provided by your chat bots / people but nothing happened. It’s embarrassing support levels
@ThreeUKSupport It has never been processed because your online chat operators tell me the SIM card doesn’t exist so they cannot do anything, like talking to a brick wall. We have had 6 PAYG SIM cards and none of them they recognise. Yet you have taken payment through your app.
