"An attack on the right to bear arms at a lawful public assembly is not a Second Amendment problem alone. It is an attack on the entire architecture of American liberty." 🇺🇸
WATCH: @GunRightsPrez's address to @SenRandPaul's Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee against recent attacks on the First and Second Amendment.
All other rights, including the right to life, ultimately depend on your ability to defend and enforce them.
When the defense of those rights is delegated entirely to someone else, those rights become far easier to abuse, ignore, and neglect.
The 2nd Amendment upholds all others.
🚨HUGE WIN🚨Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform is SIGNED and will become law of the land on July 1, 2026!
Because of direct pressure from RMGO and our supporters, Police will no longer be allowed to profit from seizing your guns, cash, and cars in Colorado.
This puts an end to informal 'confiscation quotas' certain agencies created to fund paychecks and other expenses.
Even today, until this law goes into effect: Colorado police can seize your personal property without ever proving you've committed a crime!
This new law says the police can no longer take your property through the "civil asset forfeiture" process unless it is proven to be proceeds of a convicted crime in court.
@COrepKdeGraaf and Sen. Bright sponsored House Bill 1250 to get it PASSED.
Representatives @RepFlanell, Rebecca Keltie, and Matt Soper each voted against this legislation in committee under @RepCaldwell's push to kill the bill.
If every single gun rights group disappeared tomorrow, 2A advocacy would still continue.
We exist as amplifiers and loudspeakers. We represent people and help activate them. The desire for freedom existed long before we did, and it would likely continue if we were gone.
If Michael Bloomberg disappeared tomorrow, anti-2A lobbying as it exists today would functionally stop.
Here's the key excerpt in video. The same applies to much of Bloomberg's gun control.
No one was clamoring for a Glock ban, for example. But he demanded it through Everytown, and several blue state politicians jumped on command.
As her first prime-sponsored bill since getting elected in the special election earlier this year, Rep. Andrea Verobish (R-Blair) has introduced PAGR-backed HB 2599 to repeal the requirement for a carry permit to open carry in a vehicle! 👇

New York’s recent “ghost gun bill” is not just an attack on the Second Amendment.
We continue to highlight and fight back against this new wave of spyware laws because they target firearms, but their scope goes far beyond guns.
They are an attack on American industry as a whole.
These laws would regulate every device capable of production by forcing it to be analyzed live by AI algorithms, report what you are doing to the government in real time, and shut down your machine if they do not like what you are making.
Louis Rossmann breaks this down excellently in his new video. Full video linked below.
In the United States, long before the madness of gun control took hold, it was common for .22 rifles to be awarded and shipped through the mail as prizes for youth events.
The tradition of youth shooting clubs and competitions still exists today, though it is far less widespread and remains under constant attack.
@gretchenwhitmer All your gun laws, and you still haven’t made your state as safe as it was before you took office, or as safe as either of your neighbors to the south.
Both of which are Constitutional Carry states.
In the nearly eight years Whitmer has been governor, Michigan has been pushed from one of the most pro-gun purple states in the country to flirting with New York and California-style gun control.
In that same time:
Violent crime has not decreased any faster than anywhere else, nor has it fallen below the levels seen before she took office. Meanwhile, Michigan has maintained a violent crime rate nearly double that of neighboring Ohio, a Constitutional Carry state.
Her Red Flag programs have only expanded year over year, yet 89% of those subjected to firearm confiscation never received a trial, and only 7% were ever charged with a crime during or after having their guns taken.
Whitmer’s Michigan has been nothing but an abject failure and an expression of tyranny.
We stop gun violence by taking action. Here in Michigan, I’m proud we got it done:
✅Universal Background Checks
✅Red Flag Laws
✅Safe Storage Requirements
✅Disarming Domestic Abusers
On Gun Violence Awareness Day, let’s recommit to working together to build a safer Michigan for everyone. #WearOrange 🧡
This is what a Pro 2A Attorney General looks like!
On the other hand, Republican supermajorities should have never passed waiting periods in the first place.
Lindsey Graham has spent years helping gun control move through Washington.
In 2022, he joined Democrats to pass S.2938, the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, the largest federal gun control bill in nearly 30 years.
His deal pumped 75 million dollars into “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation programs, empowered Biden’s ATF to crack down on private sales, created lifetime gun bans for many young adults, and opened the door to new bans based on vague accusations.
In 2018, Graham co-sponsored federal “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation legislation, S.2521, with Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), creating a national framework to encourage Extreme Risk Protection Order gun confiscation laws based on allegations, not criminal convictions.
As Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Graham also held a hearing promoting “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation laws, where he said they had “shown promise in the states” and expressed support for a “dialogue” on expanding them nationwide.
Graham has also voted to confirm anti-gun Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, and later voted to confirm Merrick Garland as Attorney General.
This is not a one-time mistake.
BREAKING: @JohnJamesMI has returned his GLGR Candidate Survey 100% pro-gun!
Thanks to your postcards, calls, and emails, he has gone on record supporting Constitutional Carry, opposing "Red Flag" gun confiscation, and backing the repeal of Michigan’s draconian Permit to Purchase scheme.
Every Republican candidate for Governor has now returned their survey 100% pro-gun!
This is great news for gun owners, as all of them have heard the call to stand up for the Second Amendment and responded.
When an unconstitutional law is challenged in a state with a genuinely pro-gun AG, he/she doesn't defend it. He/she will agree it's unconstitutional and reach a quick settlement protecting the 2A rights of his/her constituents. Like this.
There are a hundred different things in the average person’s day that we teach children how to safely navigate around.
Open flames, electrical outlets, stoves, cars, knives, and more.
It is only with firearms, tools that exist in the millions across the United States, that there is such a concentrated effort to ensure children remain completely ignorant of basic safety around them.
