@MrDetroit_313 I can see the defense falling off a bit but I find it hard to believe that they will be worse over all after going from 1 40% 3pt shooter to having potentially 4 this year. Cade will have a lot more space.

@trademarktaz Paid Huge money for Monty than Bought out his contract when it was clear he sucked. Delivered the 2 best seasons in the last 20 years by over paying for vets to support Cade. Small market teams don’t succeed without getting lucky in the draft so you can’t hold tanking against him

@DeVonAmbitious The pistons don’t have a player who would make the trade worth it for Boston so we would have to overpay with picks also a top 20-25 player who gets paid like a top 8ish player is a negative asset. With him and no picks we wouldn’t be in a position to put together a competitor
