NEW: Attorney for Camp Mystic accused of telling the attorneys for 8-year-old Cile Steward, whose body has still not been found, that they were "gonna burn in hell."

Camp Mystic is the Texas camp where 27 people, including 25 children, died during a flood last summer.

"When we were done yesterday… I asked [Camp Mystic attorney] Mr. Ray, I walked over and I said, 'You know maybe before you talk about the integrity of me and my team, maybe you just ought to ask us about the facts,'" Beckworth said.

Beckworth said this is the moment when attorney Thomas Wright jumped in.

"[Wright] said, ‘You’re gonna burn in hell,' and then he told [fellow attorney Christina] Yarnell, 'You’re gonna burn in hell.'" Beckworth said.

Wright Close Barger & Guzman law firm has since released a statement following the incident:

"After a long day in court, my emotions were running high, and I let them get the best of me. For that I sincerely apologize to both attorneys, to the court and to all involved. I do not wish to cause any distractions during this trial or any distress to the family of Cile Steward or any of the families of Camp Mystic."

@AmericanAir well here we are again as you look at my post history it’s primarily issues with American Airlines. Previously we had issues with racism which was never taken care of but “it was looked into.” Now American goes above and beyond to cancel our flight after sitting for 4 hours in the airport. While I understand issues can arise they also tell me that there is no way to even compensate for the over night stay because “we are a business”. Typical of a company that doesn’t care about their customers. @elonmusk make a better airline to give consumers better options. #customerservice #airlines #trash

Looks like your company strikes again. Leaving SFO on aa2121 the gate agent saw my wife and I coming up before the door closed and proceeded to close the door on us. And then was a completely rude inconsiderate twit as my wife explained a weeks worth of breastmilk is on the flight with all her pumping equipment. This is typical of your people and service. This gate agent will claim the rules were enforced however we were available to walk through the door before it closed. My wife further more has breast milk Your company continues to amaze me that you can treat your customers this way. I have spent thousands with your company to continually be treated as a by-product. I know nothing will come of your trash company because of your monopolistic grasp of this industry. I can only hope that shareholders wake up one day and have the ability to hire management that actually respects their customers and looks to facilitate the best service possible.

Ya I understand that if the door was closed however it wasn’t and I was there and the gate agent acknowledged us showing up. The pilot even advocated for us to board and said we had time. Your incompetent and racist gate agent decided it was unnecessary for us to board. This has now created a medical situation for my wife since she is a nursing mother of 3 months and all supplies were on the plane.
