The sixth-annual HighSchoolOT boys basketball all-state team features 13 players making a second, third, or fourth appearance on the team, including the team's first four-time first-team selection (Reidsville's Dionte Neal). HighSchoolOT's 2025-26 All-State teams are presented by Talk It Out NC and First Carolina Bank.
There is a first, second, and third team with 15 players each followed by an Honorable Mention list of 30 players.
Only players whose schools are full-fledged members of any of the state's four largest associations (NCHSAA, NCISAA, NCCSA, NCHEAC) are eligible, but they cannot be a fifth-year senior (there is a separate fifth-year senior team).
Reidsville's Dionte Neal graduates as a four-time selection and is the first to make the first team in all four seasons. The only other first team repeats from a year ago were Broughton's Jordan Page and Greenfield School's Kobe Edwards.
