The initial term of the agreement is from July 2026 to December 2031, extendable for a further period of 5 years. The estimated value of the agreement during the initial term is US $ 1.14 Billion. Net new and not a renewal

I thought this was interesting

HCL management can be credited with multiple industry first AI initiatives: first to flag AI related deflation in the August 2024 analyst meet, partnering with OpenAI in June 2025, first to disclose advanced AI revenue among Indian IT peers, investment in Sarvam AI and possibly the only management to call out that it is not penalising sales team to proactively pass on AI related productivity benefits to clients, leading to lower deal values and hence lower sales commissions.
