HEC’s women’s team secured the title with 110 points, winning 6 gold and 2 silver medals. The men’s team also claimed the championship with 96 points, earning 4 gold, 3 silver, and 1 bronze medal.

HEC emerged as the overall champion in both the Women’s and Men’s categories at the National Weightlifting Championships 2026, held at the Pakistan Sports Board Coaching Centre, Lahore.
