Dear @YouTubeCreators, @TeamYouTube & @YouTube
On April 14th I was flagged for “reused content.”
I spent 6 days creating a detailed appeal video showing my entire original process — timestamps 1:54 to 4:12 — idea, scripting, custom voiceover, heavy editing, and my signature skull animations. I submitted it on April 19th.
One day later, on April 20th, you rejected it saying the editing “didn’t substantially change the original work.” But here’s the thing: on the day you rejected it, my appeal video had only 3 views and 43 seconds average watch time — and those were all my own views.
You never even watched it.After that I kept emailing support (Case ID 2-2666000040784) and posted publicly on X. For 3 weeks straight every single reply was the same copy-paste templated response that ignored all my evidence.
Then suddenly, on May 2nd, you flipped the reason to “inauthentic content.”That flip proves no real human has ever looked at my case. A human would never change the violation after weeks of generic replies that never addressed the timestamps or evidence I already gave you.
On May 21st, I even tried Creator Support live chat… and got the exact same AI templated messages sent to me three times in a row — still answering nothing.
I built Iron Hearts from pure passion, not for the money. Every video is 100% original — my ideas, my scripts, my voice, my heavy custom edits. 265K people subscribed because they genuinely love the content.
I just uploaded a full 5-minute video explaining everything with all the proof (already over 30K impressions): https://t.co/pGPbaDzsPp…
I’m not asking for special treatment.
I’m just begging you for one real human reviewer or supervisor to actually look at my case and the evidence I already submitted. Is that too much to ask after everything I’ve put into this platform? Just one human.
That’s all I need. Thank you

YouTube DEMONETIZED my channel with 264K SUBSCRIBERS and 280 MILLION lifetime views.
My channel: https://t.co/qo0snIO3yq
Every single video starts with my own original idea, my script, my custom voiceover that narrates the video, and my heavy editing + signature skull animations from scratch. No templates, no recycled content, nothing copied.
On 14th April, YouTube first hit me with “reused content”… I spent 6 days working on a high quality 5 minute appeal video showing my entire transformative process.
However, one day later, they rejected it saying the editing “didn’t substantially change the original work.”
That reason is factually false. My appeal video literally walked through every single step with timestamps, before/after comparisons, how i create my custom voiceover and commentary etc. On the day they rejected it (April 20th), that appeal video had only 3 views and 43 seconds average watch time (some of those are my own views) — they never even reached the editing process. It was dismissed without even being watched.
After 2 weeks of me emailing support, they all of a sudden flipped it to “inauthentic content” (mass-produced, templated, low narrative, etc.).That flip proves no real human has ever looked at my case.I submitted a full appeal video showing my entire creative process with timestamps.
After 3 whole weeks now every single reply from support has been copy-paste templated responses. Zero specifics. Zero human review.
And one day all of a sudden flipped the reason to “inauthentic content”. That inconsistency proved no real human has ever looked at my case. If a real human had actually watched my appeal video and reviewed the timestamps and evidence, this sudden flip would have been impossible. This proves the case was never properly reviewed — it was just bounced between automated systems looking for any reason that sticks.
I just uploaded a long-form video documenting everything (already at 1.5K views): https://t.co/lDPjRsrxbp
There are so many creators who put SO MUCH WORK into their channels, only for YouTube to push them away.
I didn't start Iron Heartsz for the money. I started it because it's my passion. 264K people subscribed because they genuinely love the content.

I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m just asking for ONE real human reviewer or supervisor to actually look at my case and the evidence I already submitted.
Please.

Hey @TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators … I really need your help. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I started emailing support with Case ID 2-2666000040784 and all I’ve gotten are copy-pasted templated responses. No real human has actually looked at my case. This is wrongful demonetization and it’s breaking my heart.
Here’s exactly what happened:
1) April 14 → My channel got hit with a “reused content” claim and suspended from YPP.
2) April 19 → Over the week, I recorded and edited my full appeal video showing my entire process (timestamps 1:54–4:12): idea → scripting → custom voiceover → heavy editing + skull animations + before/after transformations. It clearly fits YouTube’s own “DO” categories. I submitted it on 19th April.
3) April 20 → One day later they rejected it saying the editing “didn’t substantially change the original work.”
That reason is factually false. My appeal video literally walked through every single step with timestamps, before/after comparisons, and custom skull animations.
On the day they rejected it (April 20th), that appeal video had only 3 views and 43 seconds average watch time (in which some of the views are my own) — they never even reached the editing process. It was dismissed without being watched.
After, I kept emailing support and went public on X, they suddenly flipped the entire reason to “inauthentic content” (mass-produced, templated, minimal variation, slideshows with low narrative, etc.).
This flip is the biggest red flag of all.
I’ve been liaising with them for 2 weeks via email — every single reply has been a generic template that ignored all my evidence.
Then out of nowhere the violation changed to something that fits my channel even less. My videos are original scripted commentary with custom voiceovers and unique skull animations on every single video.
If a real human had actually watched my appeal video and reviewed the timestamps and evidence, this sudden flip would have been impossible. This proves the case was never properly reviewed — it was just bounced between automated systems looking for any reason that sticks.
4) This isn’t compliant with EU Digital Services Act Articles 17, 20, 21, 14 & 15 (my payments go through Ireland).
I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m just asking for basic transparency and a real human review of the evidence I already submitted.
I’m genuinely asking for an actual human reviewer + supervisor (or someone from Community Outreach) to look at Case 2-2666000040784 properly.
I just uploaded a full long-form video explaining everything. Please watch it. I’ve put my whole heart into this channel and I’m losing revenue every single day.
All I need is one real person to actually look at the timestamps and evidence. That’s it. Thank you

Day 3 update on my Eulko YPP case:
TeamYouTube’s latest response was that I should wait 90 days and reapply to YPP.
My issue is that this still gives me no clear explanation of what specifically was considered insufficient, which means I could wait 90 days, reapply, and still face the exact same result again.
I already submitted an appeal showing my editing workflow, timelines, and how my videos are transformed. So at this point, I’m simply asking for real clarity: if re-review is not possible, what exactly would need to change before reapplying?
Without that, the 90-day wait doesn’t actually solve the problem.

Hi, I’m the creator of Eulko.
I’m posting from a new X account because I unfortunately lost access to my previous one after getting locked out, and I can no longer access the old DM thread.
Before that happened, TeamYouTube had already responded to my case, moved me to DM, and asked me to complete the ownership verification steps for my channel, which I did successfully.
I’m trying to reconnect here so this case can continue from where it left off. My channel is Eulko, and I’m still requesting a proper re-review of the reused content/YPP decision.
Could you please DM this new account so I can continue the case from here?
Thank you.
Hey @TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators, I really need your help with my channel.
My Shorts channel https://t.co/kjPcVuYhUe — one of the biggest relationship commentary Shorts channels — got hit with a reused content claim on April 14 and suspended from YPP shortly after. This is what happened:
1) On April 14th my channel got hit with a reused content claim. I immediately filmed a full appeal video clearly showing:
a. How my content fits YouTube’s own “DO” categories (“Edited footage with storyline/commentary” + “thoughtful revision with added value”)
b. My ENTIRE editing process with timestamps, from idea → scripting → custom voiceover → skull animations. (these are timestamps from 1:54 min all the way to 4:12 min)
c. Before/after comparisons proving massive transformation
2) Just one day later I got this rejection:
“Appeal didn’t demonstrate enough value-add editing. The editing shown didn’t substantially change the original work.”
I’m genuinely confused because my appeal video walked through every single step in detail. I’ve built this channel with real effort and original commentary. This reason is incorrect and ignores all the evidence I provided showing the full editing process from 1:54 min all the way to 4:12 min.
3) Could I respectfully get some help for a human review of my full appeal video and channel and no generic copy and pasted AI replies?
I have all the timestamps, before/afters, and evidence ready.
My payments also go through Ireland (EU), so DSA Articles 20, 21, 14 & 15 on effective appeals and transparency apply.
Please could I get some help? 🙏
🚨PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS @TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators
My channel https://t.co/kjPcVuYhUe (one of the biggest relationship commentary Shorts channels) was WRONGFULLY demonetized & suspended from YPP for “reused content” — even after I submitted a irrefutable appeal video that proved the opposite.
This is the exact same mistake you made with @olleshortz and thousands of other youtube creators — and they got fixed. Time for a HUMAN review.
2) Just one day later I got this generic rejection:
“Appeal didn’t demonstrate enough value-add editing. The editing shown didn’t substantially change the original work.”
This is factually incorrect and ignores all the evidence I provided. My appeal video literally walked you through every single step.
This was not a real review.
All the evidence provided has been completely ignored. This is the exact pattern we’ve seen in hundreds of wrongful reused-content cases on X.
3) Just like @olleshortz, I’m now going public.
I am formally requesting:
→ An immediate fair and full human review of my full appeal video → no copy-pasted, automated, or templated responses
→ A detailed, specific explanation under EU Digital Services Act Article 17 (clear statement of reasons) if the decision remains a rejection that directly addresses my evidence and timestamps
→ The same human reviewer or team handles the case end-to-end for continuity (no unnecessary transfers or sudden substitution with AI).
→ Full compliance with DSA Articles 20, 21, 14 & 15 on effective appeals and transparency
My payments are processed through Ireland (EU). These laws apply.
4) @TeamYouTube — please reply here or DM me so we can fix this immediately. I have all the timestamps and evidence ready.
Given the significant ongoing revenue loss from this suspension, and in line with YouTube’s own 14-day appeal response policy plus DSA Article 20(4) obligations to handle complaints in a timely manner and reverse decisions without undue delay, I'm requesting a substantive response and resolution within the next 7–14 days.
Hundreds of creators are watching. Let’s not repeat the same error.
