Dear HaHa Community,

Today, we're announcing that HaHa Wallet will be shutting down, with servers scheduled to go offline on July 31, 2026. After July 31, you will still be able to export your seed phrases and private keys. However, we strongly recommend doing so before the server shutdown to ensure the smoothest experience.

This wasn't an easy decision. Over time, we came to the conclusion that, despite everything we built, we didn't see a path for the wallet product to reach the scale we originally set out to achieve.

That said, I'm incredibly proud of what our team accomplished.

Over the past few year, HaHa Wallet:

Reached over 2.5 million total signups
Peaked at 90,000+ daily active users (including 10,000+ on Monad)
Generated over $500/day in revenue at its peak
Formerly ranked #8 on WalletConnect

To everyone who used the wallet, reported bugs, shared feedback, or supported us along the way - thank you. You helped us build something we're genuinely proud of.

While we're closing this chapter, HaHa Technologies isn't going away. We're already hard at work on a new product that we're excited to share when the time is right. In the meantime, our USDC Vault (https://t.co/yh9BXlZhce) remains an active priority.

Building startups means taking risks, learning quickly, and sometimes knowing when it's time to turn the page. This is one of those moments.
