This time we'll assist on the design of the internal renovation to All Saints Church Hall to create a community meeting area for the congregation and the residents of Ilkley.

Additional insulation was added to all external walls, roof and floor, and this combined with a new underfloor heating system, as well as the addition of 14 #solarpanels on the south and west roofline. #beforeandafter

Our client bought a 1990's detached single storey bungalow and the brief involved a full internal strip out, modernising the layout and bringing it up to modern day standards.

The new build houses will be constructed with an insulated raft foundation & ICF walls. The interlocking insulation blocks are filled with concrete to form the walls & the polystyrene blocks are kept in place & act as the insulation layer.
