Dear MultiVAC Community Members,

First and foremost, thank you for your unwavering support of the MultiVAC project.
We are truly convinced that we have some of the strongest technical fundamentals to succeed in the upcoming blockchain revolution.

Through these words, we would like to share some important updates with you.

As announced in the recent monthly reports, we have been focusing recently on our strategic growth. Part of this process was to reallocate roles in the MultiVAC Foundation.
The reason of this restructuring is mainly driven by regulatory requirements. As you might have seen in today’s news, regulations are prompting important changes in the blockchain industry, even for its biggest participants. We believe such an evolution is sound for the perennity and for the adoption of blockchain.

That’s why, due to compliance decisions by relevant government authorities, our founding team member Shawn will no longer serve as CEO. We would like to highlight the fact, that this decision is made in respect of and in adherence to compliance requirements, and for no other reasons.

We are delighted to announce that Cathy Ding will be taking over as the CEO of the MultiVAC Foundation. Since joining in April 2022, Cathy has been an integral and highly trusted member of our team. Her deep understanding of the project and her extensive experience in strategic vision make her the ideal candidate to lead MultiVAC forward. From being tactful in her public appearance so far – as per our Asian roots – Cathy will now be able to demonstrate publicly her outstanding leadership skills.

Cathy’s immediate focus will be on updating our Roadmap, our websites, and increasing integration for the MTV mainnet coin across more Centralized Exchanges.

Additionally, Shawn will continue to contribute intensively to the project in his areas of expertise. Relieved from all his accountable and administrative tasks, Shawn will be able to return to his passion, supporting technological development and providing technical solutions, through his cutting-edge approach to blockchain.

While Shawn will not be involved in day-to-day operational decisions – within the imposed bounds of compliance – Shawn will be available to provide strategic insights and advices to the team.

These changes are an important leap forward. It will ensure that MultiVAC's ongoing and significant development stays within the bounds of compliance. We reiterate to the community that MultiVAC's mission and vision remain steadfast. We are committed to building a highly decentralized, secure, and high-performance blockchain network, and providing an exceptional experience for millions of users.

We have exciting developments yet to implement – and as always in the corporate world, timing is key. We look forward to sharing these updates with you.
