1/I always say you can tell a bad read on a spine MR if it doesnโt talk about the lateral recess
What will I think when I see your read? What do you say about lateral recesses?
Hereโs a #tweetorial on lateral recess #anatomy & grading stenosis

Great conversation with Minister @DonnellyStephen and fellow NCHD representatives yesterday during his visit to @CUH_Cork . Thank you for giving NCHDs a voice and engaging in a discussion about training, resources, infrastructure and NCHD welfare. @HDRM_Project @IMO_IRL
I am absolutely horrified at the latest missive from @HSELive with regard to asking new consultants to accept a contract which does not exist - Am I surprised?- No- the distinct dislike and "hate" of doctors is endemic in HSE - Relationships fractured before employment
It is not ok to insist doctors agree to take a contract that does not exist.
In solidarity with my future colleagues I have to comment on this.
