So, I thought I’d share them here too:
1. This chart from the IPCC 6th Assessment Synthesis report, released this week, shows just how far away we are from limiting warming to below 2C: (1/11)

Replacing the fuel in UK planes ✈️ with hydrogen would require more than 2x as much renewable power as the country currently generates.
This rises to 5x as much for other alternative fuels.
And we would still need a whole electricity system to power everything else...
