@fesshole Aside from the ethics of knowing you’ve underpaid, in theory it’s 6 years. If a company realises, they can charge your card at any point up to 6 years after the goods/services were provided.

@thegirlchlo_ In 2020 they refused to refund me for a trip that I had to cancel as a result of government imperatives regarding Tiers being introduced - going on the trip would’ve been illegal at the time. Had saved up for ages for those tickets and lost them. Have never used Trainline since.

@TfL Mine used to be the No.1 because it goes from the end of the road where I live to the end of the road where I work, and got me there on time. It’s still the No.1 but nowadays that due to a kind of Stockholm because I spend so much longer on it to do the same journey…
