The WeKan Crew had an out-of-this-world adventure during their trip to the Cosmosphere in Hutch! Students explored interactive exhibits, learned about space travel and discovery, and sparked their curiosity about the universe around them.

HMS students put their creativity and compassion to work by making blankets and toys for the furry friends at the Humane Society of the High Plains. Their kindness is helping bring comfort, warmth, and a little extra joy to animals waiting for their furever homes.
Studies show that after being around someone so much you start to look alike! Turns out, that's correct! These Roosevelt students morphed into their teachers. Such a fun way to celebrate the staff members who make a difference every single day.

The final 5th grade class of Wilson Elementary wrapped up the school year with a day full of fun, laughter, and competition at Precision Valley! From sinking hole-in-ones to playing games, students enjoyed celebrating their hard work & memories made throughout the year together.

Out with the old and the weeds and in with the new and improved! Hays Middle School JAG-K students worked so hard and it shows. They took on the dilapidated patio outside the library and turned it into a great reading oasis for everyone to enjoy!

No movie theatre? No problem! The WeKan kids got creative and made their own theatre experience. Crew members practiced real-life skills such as budgeting, money management, decision-making, problem solving, and prioritizing wants versus needs. MMM! Can you smell the popcorn!?
O'Loughlin 2nd graders put their economics skills to the test during Market Day by creating & selling products and services to their classmates. From pricing & budgeting to marketing & customer service, this hands-on lesson gave students a real-world look at how businesses work!
