The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted summary judgment in favor of HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc., finding that Availink, Inc., a semiconductor chip maker, breached its HDMI license agreement and dismissing all federal and state antitrust counterclaims, as well as Availink’s trademark genericness claims.
