#WorldEnvironmentDay2026 began in Navi Mumbai with a large-scale plantation drive under the Majhi Vasundhara Abhiyan 7.0 project, a collaboration between Heartfulness Institute and Adani Realty.
With around 200 saplings planted by NSS volunteers from Pillai University, the day marked the start of a larger movement toward environmental restoration and a greener future.
Through Forests by Heartfulness, this is just the beginning of creating lasting ecological impact, one tree at a time.

When Heartfulness meditation was first introduced at the Mahatma Gandhi Mission Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai, no one anticipated how warmly it would be embraced by the students. What began as a simple introduction gradually became a meaningful part of many students' daily lives.
Over time, more than 20 students embarked on a deeper spiritual journey by visiting Kanha Shanti Vanam, the global headquarters of Heartfulness. There, under the guidance of Daaji, they underwent training to become Heartfulness trainers, known as Preceptors.
As they complete their training, they share how Heartfulness helped them connect with their hearts, find inner balance, and navigate the challenges of academic and personal life with greater clarity and calm. Their experiences reflect a simple yet powerful truth: true well-being comes when the mind and heart work in harmony.
From medical students to Heartfulness trainers, their transformation is a testament to the power of meditation, self-development, and heart-based living.
