They are literally building a state-controlled internet firewall, copying the exact digital prison models used by China and North Korea.

They want total control over what you are allowed to see, say, and access online so they can completely kill off independent free speech.

We are trading a failed Prime Minister for a high-tech socialist dictatorship.

If we all could eat fresh from the farm, a lot of our ailments would not exist.

We know that the nutritional value of our supermarket foods are not as high as they once were. So, supplements do just that; they should only be used to supplement as healthy a lifestyle as is possible.

The key here is you are in control, and know exactly how much you are taking (although absorption rates into the body is another matter!). A blanket addition takes that control away, and now what was once a little bit to balance out the missing, becomes a problem due to excess.

Not just bread. All flour based products, so pastries and pies go in that list. Also, and don't want to be an alarmist, but most sauces all use flour. So, depending on intake and accumulation, this too could be in issue.

This policy is either willful ideologic, or grossly incompetent.
