3 years ago my family's world changed forever when my husband suddenly fell ill, went into hospital and didn't come home for 11 months.

This book is everything that I learned about hospitals, illness, caring, coping, change.

@matthaig1 Getting outside. Which isn't always possible, especially if you have another illness , but I find a day without fresh air is a day where you feel yourself sinking. And the other thing is singing.
