Few photographers have shaped portraiture quite like David Bailey. 📸

Born in East London in 1938, Bailey brought the energy of London’s youth culture to fashion photography, redefining the medium in the early 1960s. His landmark 1965 publication ‘Box of Pin-Ups’ became one of the defining photographic works of the decade, cementing his place as one of Britain’s most influential photographers.

📍‘The Pin-Ups Contact Sheets’, an exhibition celebrating David Bailey’s iconic 1965 portfolio, is opening at HENI Gallery on 17 July and running until 31 July.

The editions are based on works on paper in which Clarke turned to the incredibly intimate format of collage to capture the nature around him. Speaking on his experience of becoming immersed in nature while making these collages, Clarke said, “If you engage intensely with any flower, it will lead you to the source of the universe.”

Only a few days remain to apply for Gérald Genta’s ‘Vibration of Colour’.

🎨 The limited-edition prints in the release are based on original paintings and available in two sizes. The works masterfully orchestrate colour and contour create vibrant, oscillating fields. Art critic James Cahill describes this effect as like “looking at a real-world scene through a layer of broken coloured glass”.

🎨 The series of prints features six editions made after Genta’s late abstract works, and are available in two sizes, 80 x 80 cm and 120 x 120 cm. All works are hand-numbered and labelled on the verso.

Each smaller print is priced at $2,000 (plus applicable taxes) and the edition size is limited to 30.

Each larger print is priced at $4,000 (plus applicable taxes) and the edition size is limited to 15.
