Just saw @BackBone_Labs propose doing a prop 16 to @terra_money POL funds that were managed by TFL.

I'm not a validator there, but honestly, That is entirely within the remit of governance.

I suggest putting something on chain immediately, like:

PROPOSAL 1

Burn all TFL controlled $luna

A yes vote on this software upgrade proposal will result in the preparation and distribution of a build of terra-money/core that burns 100% of the $luna controlled by terraform labs and it's subsidiaries or agents. Governance funding is currently slated to be used in a manner that goes against the funding mandate that granted these funds.

PROPOSAL 2

release terra-money/core by commit

It is reasonable to assume that the current GitHub software repository has been compromised and is no longer acting in the best interests of the chain community or operated in accordance with governace. This proposal allows new releases of this blockchain, with Genesis ipfs cid <cid> and latest block <blocknum> which produces hash <blockhash> by their git commit. This way, the development of the chain will not suffer from the lack of an official repository.

PROPOSAL 3

Assert control by governance

The stewarding team of the Luna chain is no longer able to attend to their duties, which governance paid them for. The funding for development could be forcefully repurposed. From the date of the passage of this proposal, stakeholders run this chain using governance and tfl is released of all duties to it.

The proposals above will at least ensure a smoother transition, and hopefully protect stakeholders from the liquidation of funds intended to be used for liquidity purposes
