日頃より『Hi-Fi RUSH』をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

26年7月16日にSUPERDELUXE GAMESより発売された『Hi-Fi RUSH』PlayStation®5パッケージ版につきまして、一部コンテンツが収録されていなかった件について、対応内容が決定いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。

当社およびSUPERDELUXE GAMESは、対象商品をご購入いただいたお客様を対象に、専用のお申し込みフォームより、購入商品の購入証明（レシート・領収書・納品書等）をご提出いただいた方へ、対象商品1点につき、以下の両方の対応を実施いたします。

1．DLCダウンロードコードの無償配布（申請および証明書類の確認が完了したすべてのお客様対象）
本来ディスクに収録されるべき追加コンテンツをダウンロードできるDLCダウンロードコードを無償で提供いたします。
DLCダウンロードコードのお申し込み方法および受け取り方法については、受付ページの準備が整い次第、改めて詳しくご案内いたします。

2．修正版ディスクの追加提供（ご希望のお客様のみ）
ゲーム本編および不足コンテンツがすべて収録された修正版ディスクを、ご希望のお客様に追加で提供いたします。
修正版ディスクの申請および提供方法は、各地域における流通・回収方法に応じて一部異なります。

日本国内にお住まいのお客様には、国内の流通および製品回収手続きに基づき、お手元のディスクをご返送いただいたうえで、修正版ディスクへ無償で交換いたします。ディスクの返送費用および修正版ディスクの配送費用は、すべて当社が負担いたします。

日本国外にお住まいのお客様には、各地域の配送・回収事情を考慮し、お手元のディスクをご返送いただくことなく、修正版ディスクを提供いたします。修正版ディスクの配送にあたり、お客様に費用をご負担いただくことはございません。

First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all fans who support and cherish Hi-Fi RUSH.

We are writing to inform you of the confirmed measures regarding the missing content found in the Hi-Fi RUSH PlayStation®5 physical edition, released through SUPERDELUXE GAMES on July 16, 2026.

Together with SUPERDELUXE GAMES, we will provide both of the following measures for each affected product to customers who purchased the affected product and submit a valid proof of purchase (detail forthcoming) via the dedicated application form:

𝟏. 𝐕𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝)
We will provide, free of charge, a DLC download code for the additional content that was originally intended to be included on the disc.
Details on how to apply for and receive the DLC download code will be announced once the application page is ready.

𝟐. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜 (𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞)
A corrected replacement disc containing both the full game and the previously missing content will be provided upon request to eligible customers.
Please note that the application and delivery process for the replacement disc may vary depending on the distribution and collection procedures in each region.

- 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧
In accordance with local distribution and return procedures, please return your original disc, and we will exchange it for a replacement disc free of charge. All costs for returning the original disc and shipping the replacement disc will be borne by us.

- 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧
In consideration of regional shipping and collection circumstances, a replacement disc will be provided without the need to return the original disc. No shipping fees will be charged to customers.

商品説明にて、ディスクにダウンロード版『Hi-Fi RUSH Deluxe Edition』、全無料アップデート、3種類のコスチュームパック（Bossplay、和装、Teamplay）が収録されている旨をご案内しておりました。

しかしながら、商品の発売後に一部コンテンツがディスクに収録されていないことが判明したため、SUPERDELUXE GAMESを通じて原因の調査を行うとともに、対応策について協議を進めております。

We are writing to address an issue concerning the PlayStation®5 Physical Edition of Hi-Fi RUSH, which was released in partnership with SUPERDELUXE GAMES on July 16, 2026.

The product description stated that the disc would include the digital version of Hi-Fi RUSH Deluxe Edition, all previously released free updates, and three Costume Packs (Bossplay, Traditional Garb Costume, and Teamplay).

However, following the product’s release, we confirmed that some of the listed content was not included on the disc. We are currently working with SUPERDELUXE GAMES as they thoroughly investigate the cause and determine the appropriate course of action.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who purchased the product for the inconvenience and concern caused by the discrepancy between the product description and the content actually included on the disc.

As soon as a resolution has been finalized, we will promptly provide an update through the official websites and social media channels of both Hi-Fi RUSH and SUPERDELUXE GAMES.
