It's really hard to do uni work when you any think about anything but being sad

Found a way of forgetting my past and now it's all flooding back. I feel the need to cut and hibernate and cry just like before

I like going home and I love my room but its bittersweet with the bad memories I've had here

Now they wonder why I never tell them anything. Surely they shouldve tried to help instead of telling me how I ruined my already broken life

I told my parents I self harm and they told me I wouldn't get a job if it was on my medical records. Stop the stigma. #WorldMentalHealthDay

Why is it that everyone who is truly nice to me and likes me always change their mind

It's the fact that people who don't know anything about me can tell something's wrong, getting rusty at covering up my feelings

First 'bad day' at uni isn't going too well

Want to tell my uni friends about my depression so they know what's going on, don't want to scare them away or to make a huge deal of it.

It's so easy to slip back into my old ways now that I've moved out, more independence also leads to less people noticing things

Confined to my room because the cleaners are outside and my anxiety is playing up, had important things to do this morning too

You know when people joke about self harm and you tell them to stop because its not funny and they go 'why you don't do you?!'. I hate that.
