I hope this message finds you well.
As we prepare for the upcoming listing of the GAGA token, we want to ensure complete transparency and alignment with our valued early supporters.

Since the beginning, we’ve consistently aimed to build GAGA with long-term sustainability, real utility, and organic growth at its core.

Over the last years, the fundraising rounds were conducted with an anticipated listing at a Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) between $20M and $25M, and we greatly appreciate the trust you placed in us based on that vision.

However, considering the current market dynamics and our commitment to foster stronger post-launch momentum, we have made a strategic decision to adjust the listing FDV to $9M.

This change is intended to:
- Encourage organic demand and reduce speculative pressure
- Strengthen community confidence by creating a healthier price discovery mechanism
- Provide a more compelling entry point for new users and holders

To ensure fairness and full alignment with our early investors, we have updated the past investment rounds accordingly.
Allocations committed between $10M and $20M FDV have now been adjusted to reflect a new FDV range of $6.75M/$8.5M.
This means your entry point is even more favorable than originally agreed, and better positioned relative to the listing price.

What This Means for You:
- Your allocation retains the same token quantity (unless otherwise discussed), but now at a more attractive implied valuation
- Your investment is now structurally positioned for higher upside potential from Day 1
