My heart is so full❤️ Thank you for trusting me to help carry Tyler's story and this mission. Watching these conversations change lives, one clubhouse at a time, is something I'll never take for granted. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of something so much bigger than sports. These Tyler Talks continue to remind me why mental health conversations matter. I love your family so much, and I'll always be honored to stand beside Hilinski's Hope❤️❤️❤️ #forevertothree
These are some of our rawest, most powerful Tyler Talks. No stage. No podium. Just players, coaches, Mark & Kym, sitting inches apart in locker rooms & reminding these young men that their mental health matters.
None of this happens without sideline reporter, Berkleigh Mezzanotte. Her advocacy has opened doors, built relationships & helped carry Tyler’s message into clubhouses across The Coastal Plain & Florida Collegiate Wood Bat Summer Baseball Leagues.
We’re equally grateful to the commissioners, team owners & coaches who understand that supporting their players’ mental wellness isn’t optional. It’s essential. When leaders create space for these conversations, it can change lives. It can save lives.
To the Leesburg Lightning, Orlando Snappers, Sanford River Rats & DeLand Suns, thank you for welcoming us into your locker rooms & trusting us with this Conv3rsation, it matters! ❤️❤️❤️ #pleasestay #youarenotalone

Thanks Mark, Kym and great to meet you Ryan. This is the "why" we do the Mayor of Maple Valley Open. Or 1/3 of it along with @AveryStrongDIPG & @JmoFoundation_
As said below- this event has become something because of the golfers and the sponsors who support it.
It always feels like we’re coming home when we’re in the Pacific Northwest…
There’s something very special about bringing people together for a cause that truly matters & that’s exactly what happens every year at the Mayor of Maple Valley Open.
From the first tee to the final putt, the day was filled with laughter, meaningful conversations & a shared commitment to supporting mental wellness & remembering Tyler-the guy who fell in love with WA a dozen years ago.
Mark & Kym are grateful for the years of meeting so many incredible people since (and even before) we lost Tyler, as well as connecting over the importance of looking out for one another. While Mark & Kym couldn’t fly to WA this year because of their recent surgeries, Ryan went in their place.
Thank you to the Mayor of Maple Valley Open & the guy that makes it all happen, Ian Furness; along with the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, golfers & everyone who welcomed Hilinski’s Hope with such warmth & generosity. Your support helps us continue reaching athletes, students, coaches & communities with a message that can truly save lives.
While we push for change, we’ve learned it doesn’t happen all at once; it begins with people who are willing to show up, care for one another & keep the conversation going.
Thank you #seattle for remembering Tyler & Championing our #mentalhealth conv3rsation! It matters! You matter! ❤️❤️❤️ #hope #pleasestay
Happy 4th of July! ❤️🤍💙
Today, we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy, the families, friends & teammates we cherish & the brave men & women who have sacrificed so much to protect them.
We’re honored to bring Tyler Talks for the Troops to service members & their families—creating opportunities for meaningful conversations around mental health & reminding those who serve that they are never alone.
As we celebrate our country, may we also remember the power of checking in with one another-a simple conversation can change & save a life. #4thofjuly
From our team to yours, we wish you a safe, meaningful & joyful Independence Day. ❤️❤️❤️ #Youarenotalone #hopeiswinning

National Coconut Day… who knew? 🥥
We didn’t know this day existed until our hearts gave coconuts a new meaning. Every May, on Tyler’s birthday, we leave painted coconuts in Lihue, just yards from his lighthouse. It’s become the Hilinski Family tradition—a way to leave a little love, a little color & a reminder that Tyler is forever with us.
This next week, we’re taking a short break to rest & recharge. But behind the scenes, we’re hard at work preparing for Student-Athlete Mental Health Week 2026 & looking forward to partnering with an incredible organization that we’re excited to introduce very soon. Stay tuned!
We’ll be back online & traveling the first part of July as we hit the road for Florida, Alabama, & Washington.
Until then… hug your people, soak in the sunshine & know that you are surrounded by love & hope🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻 #mentalhealth #hope #pleasestay #nationalcoconutday
This week has been an emotional one.
Mark underwent a TAVR procedure to replace the failing valve that was originally implanted more than 22 years ago. While the procedure itself was successful, we’ve learned that his heart is weaker than we had hoped & he’ll be coming home wearing a LifeVest while his doctors continue to monitor his recovery.
The road ahead may be a little longer than we expected but today we’re focusing on gratitude & how thankful we are to have Mark, Dad, Big Bo in our lives.
We’re also very grateful for everyone that has reached out; thankful for the prayers, messages, support & the incredible medical team that is helping us through this process.
Looking through old photos reminds us that this is who Mark is—a husband, a father, a friend, an adventurer & someone who has always found a way to keep moving forward.
The man waving from the jet ski, the dad surrounded by his boys & the guy fighting his way back are all the same person.
This Father’s Day Weekend, we’re celebrating Mark & believing that his best days are still ahead. Please continue to keep him in your prayers as he recovers. 🙏🏻
Happy Father’s Day to every Dad, Papa, Uncle & to this guy, we love you Big Mark & we miss you so much Big T.❤️❤️❤️

Today is a big day for the Hilinski’s. 22 years ago, when Tyler was just 6 years old, Mark had open heart surgery. He was born w/ a defective aortic valve & had a bovine valve implanted. That valve is failing & today he is undergoing his TAVR procedure; we would be grateful for your prayers.
Please pray for steady hands, wisdom for his medical team, a successful procedure & a smooth recovery.
We’re thankful for the love, support & encouragement so many of you have shown us over the years.
Don’t worry about Kym’s eye; she had retina surgery last week & is doing swell! Gotta love her eye patch!❤️❤️❤️

What started as a conversation & an email to 13 universities has become a movement. Together, we’re creating environments where student-athletes know it’s okay to ask for help, okay to speak up & okay to not be okay.
Every day, we’re working to Champion the Conv3rsation & create a culture where mental health is prioritized, supported & openly discussed.
Through education, outreach & initiatives like Student-Athlete Mental Health Week, we’re helping student-athletes across the country know they are never alone.
Thank you to everyone who continues to stand w/ us, share our mission & help break the stigma surrounding mental health.
We’re very grateful for every school, coach, administer, parent & student-athlete who continues to Champion the Conv3rsation.❤️❤️❤️
The countdown is on.

We’re honored to share that the Unit3d Podcast has been recognized by FeedSpot as one of the Top 70 Student Athlete Podcasts & currently ranked #1!
What began as a conversation has grown into a platform where athletes, coaches, clinicians, advocates & families share stories that remind us we’re not alone. Every episode is an opportunity to learn, connect & continue championing the conv3rsation around mental health.
Thank you to every guest who has shared their journey, every listener who has tuned in & everyone who believes that hope, connection & conv3rsation can make a difference.
We’re grateful for the recognition, but even more grateful for the community that makes this work possible.
A B1G thank you and congratulations to Host Dr. Jesse Steinfeldt & his B1G Team of post-doc students at Indiana University. You are all Rock Stars! And to the original RS-we love you Dr. Josie Nicholson.❤️❤️❤️ #mentalhealth #hope #pleasestay #unit3d
Superman.
That was one of Tyler’s nicknames.
He was strong, talented, determined & the person so many others looked up to. From the outside, he seemed like he could handle anything.
But mental health challenges don’t discriminate. They don’t care how successful, tough, popular, or strong someone appears to be.
One of the greatest misconceptions about mental health is that the strongest people don’t struggle. The truth is, many are fighting battles no one else can see.
This Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s remember that strength isn’t about carrying everything alone. Strength is reaching out, speaking up, checking in on a friend & knowing it’s okay to ask for help.
If someone in your life seems like they have it all together, check on them anyway.
Sometimes even Superman needs support. ❤️❤️❤️ #hope #mensmentalhealthawarenessmonth #mentalhealth #superman #pleasestay

@ByKimberleyA It's an important topic that sports franchises and universities have done better with but still have ways to go
@HilinskisHope mission is an admirable one, listening to both Kym and Mark speak is a powerful moment
