Today I brought an emergency motion to Fingal County Council calling on the Government to invoke Protocol 21 and opt out of the EU Migration Pact.

It was rejected.

Ireland is being signed up to binding EU migration quotas that were never put to the Irish people in a referendum.

Protocol 21 is a legal opt-out that exists specifically to protect Irish sovereignty and this Government refuses to even discuss using it.

Most politicians won't touch this topic.

I will.

The people of Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart didn't elect me to stay quiet on the issue that matters most to them.

Mass migration is reshaping this country at a pace and scale that nobody voted for and the response from the political establishment is silence, deflection, or accusations of bad faith against anyone who raises it.

I will keep bringing these motions.

I will keep asking the questions others won't and I will keep representing the people who sent me to that chamber to speak plainly and without apology.

The opposition now demanding another Dáil vote know exactly what they're doing. They're selling false hope and gaslighting everyone. Let me be very clear.

Politicians made the choice in June 2024. The Oireachtas approved the opt in. The State formally notified the EU on 27 June 2024. That is when the decision was made.

You can oppose the Migration Pact. You can condemn the Government for opting in. But pretending a petition or another Dail vote can simply undo a legally binding opt in is politics aimed at your emotions, not the facts.

Unless someone can point to the exact Treaty article that allows Ireland to unilaterally revoke a Protocol 21 opt in after notification, another Dail vote is pure theatre.

Ireland had the opt out. The Government chose not to use it. The State notified the EU. The deal is done.

Britain is no longer a democracy. A UK woman claims she was repeatedly harassed outside her own home by a group of migrants. Despite multiple complaints, police allegedly took no action.

When she threatened to go to the media, officers reportedly warned her she could be arrested for “inciting racial hatred.”

The situation worsened when a man who helped expose the case was reportedly arrested and handcuffed. This is classic two-tier policing, protecting the perpetrators while silencing British citizens.
