What a lovely way to end the term! This morning, our talented pupils treated us to a beautiful Summer Serenade concert, showcasing their wonderful singing and musical performances.

This morning, all of our Year 7 pupils were proudly presented with their Faith in Action Pin Badges and Certificates, recognising their successful completion of the Faith in Action Pin Award.

Yesterday, a team of our talented Year 10 mathematicians took part in the annual Maths Challenge at St John Rigby College.
Competing against other schools, our pupils demonstrated outstanding problem-solving skills.
Last week we saw two Holy Cross teams participate in the annual LUSoM Maths Competitions. Pupils had a fantastic time, working together as a team solving various challenging maths problems. Well done and thank you to #lancasteruniversityschoolofmathematics for a great competition

This week, our Year 10 pupils have been out on work experience, gaining valuable insight into the world of work while developing their communication skills, building confidence, and learning about workplace expectations.
โจA group of our pupils were honoured to attend Nugentโs Good Shepherd Mass at the Metropolitan Cathedral in Liverpool, celebrated by Archbishop John Sherrington.
The Mass brought together pupils, staff and representatives from Catholic schools across the Archdiocese.

Last week, our athletes took to UCLan for District Sports and put on an incredible display!

This week, our Scholars Programme pupils proudly completed their research presentations ๐
They have worked incredibly hard, exploring challenging questions within their chosen A-Level subjects โ and the results were truly impressive! ๐
On Tuesday evening, a very special celebration took place at Euxton St Maryโs Church, as our pupils received the Sacrament of Confirmation.ย We were honoured to welcome Archbishop John Sherrington, who confirmed the candidates in a beautiful and reverent service.

Pupils participated in a Murder on Campus event where they traced a crime from initial investigation to prosecution looking at a range of careers within the police, probation service and law.
