But the number of people sleeping rough for 2+ years in Westminster has risen from 564 to 842 in just four years. We must do more to help people leave the streets for good.

Earlier this month, Lord Russell Rook OBE shared Carla and Chloe's story in Parliament.

With support from Chloe, her caseworker at #TheConnection, she was able to secure a place in a women-only hostel.
