@DLPHelp hello, I have a broken foot and am in a boot. I have my letter from my doctor, but am I reading correctly that I cannot get any assistance any longer? Walking is ok but not great. Standing for any length of time gets very painful. Merci!

@AirCanada I am in Turks and just received an email tht my flight to ORD (via YYZ) was canceled. It looks like I was rebooked but then got a later message saying the rebooking was taking longer than expected and I cannot check in anywhere. Help please?
