We're on Bluesky now!
Hello relatives, we have seen your messages asking about Bluesky. We have finally created an account! follow us at @honortheearth.bsky.social 🦋 see you there!
We protect our lifeways by investing in our communities and a new generation of organizers through campaigns, research, training, reclaiming our narrative, and providing capacity support in service of all land and life.
Threats to tribal sovereignty should not be ignored - this is precisely why we must adamantly oppose green colonialism, which works to destroy land, life, and tribal sovereignty with each proposed project.
We encourage the KCA to challenge the 2021 ruling because intent is not the same as disestablishment. If we allow such precedent to move forward, we are putting ALL tribal nations and ALL tribal sovereignty at risk.
Although it is a new year that already brings with it heavy burden, we remain steadfast in our dedication to our principles and communities. This is where we find the resolve to continue.
