Thanks to Covid, a supplement/pillow graveyard, and Elon Musk, I found @SterlingCooley@MelRoBuilds and @Bella_Neuro and bought another “this is going to be it” solutions on X. It just might be.
Not a Doctor, not medical advice. Hopeful yet fed up and moving overseas desperate.
Device: TensPros US 1000 3rd edition
Before and after Big 6 lymphatic self massage
Day 1: July 5
Big 6 lymphatic self massage
Duration: 5 min
Area: Left side trap, arm, neck.
Noticed: more relaxed, definitely on trap.
Duration: 5 min
Area: right side temple (no gel)
Noticed: buzzy/tingly then about 2 min in a deep penetration like wave that scared me a little. I thought “what the hell am I doing” and still finished the other 3 minutes. A little headachey, yet what’s new.
Day 2: July 6
Big 6 lymphatic self massage
Duration: 5 minutes
Area: left side temple (have more issues on the left side)
Added: Aquasonic gel
Noticed: buzzy/tingly on skin. Fullness in ears. More clarity.
Duration: 5 min
Area: spleen
Noticed: nothing at first. About 2 hours later, felt like something relaxing or dissipating from teeth/gums? Inflammation?
5 hours later. Tongue looked better.
Slight soreness in throat? Could’ve been something I ate.
Day 3 July 7!
85 sleep score. Woke up 70 HRV. (Average low 60’s) Less pain in left side neck and left shoulder. Ok….this is incredible as I usually crash during jet lag both ways.
Big 6 lymphatic video with joint rolls.
5 min spleen.
2.5 minutes left temple.
2.5 minutes right temple. Experimented putting it behind both ears just for a few seconds.
5 minutes vagus nerve. (Also left lymph node and left shoulder).
Want to try more yet don’t want to overdo it. Laughing at myself a little for saying that….after all the supplements I have bought and put inside my body.
Noticed: Oddly…not searching for supplements.
Since my right ankle achilles tendon has been stiff I stuck the device on it for a few minutes and moved it around. It’s seems to have helped! Less tenderness.
2 hours lately. Buzzy inside. Less spinal craziness.
Afternoon: slight discomfort in cervical spine left quadrant area, (trap) nothing major. Just noticed that. My husband ran the device over my traps and c spine area. Nothing noted.

Getting labwork now. Will keep you posted, if interested
I mentioned that my garage door was making a sound.
An American immediately said, "I got a guy."
He did not ask what the sound was. He did not ask what kind of door. He produced a guy on the basis of the word garage.
I asked who the guy was.
He said, "Just a guy."
He did not have a company name. He had a first name and a phone number in his phone saved as "Mike Garage."
That is the contact name. Mike Garage. As though Garage is his surname. As though there is a family.
I asked how he found this guy.
"My brother-in-law used him."
I asked if the brother-in-law was satisfied.
He thought about it. Then he said, "He's still standing."
The house is still standing. That is the entire review.
Inside I said: THEY DO NOT KEEP RECORDS. THEY KEEP LOYALTIES.
I called Mike Garage. He answered from inside a vehicle. There was wind. He said he could come Tuesday between eleven and four.
Between eleven and four. A window of five hours. In my country this would be a scandal. Here it is generous. He gave me a window at all. Some guys do not give you a window. Some guys say "Tuesday" and that is the whole appointment.
He came at 1:40.
He fixed it in twenty minutes. He charged me less than I expected and he did not take a card, only cash or an app I had never heard of.
Before leaving he looked at my water heater, which I had not mentioned, and said, "That's gonna go."
I asked when.
"Couple years."
I asked what I should do.
He said, "I'll give you a guy."
He gave me a guy. Mike Garage has a guy. The guy has a guy. There is a network beneath this country made entirely of men named after their function, and none of them advertise, and all of them are busy.
Inside I said: THERE IS A SECOND NATION HERE. IT HAS NO SIGNS. IT IS ENTERED ONLY BY INTRODUCTION.
I have been given four guys since.
I have a guy for trees.
I did not know I needed a guy for trees.
I have trees now, apparently. They are my responsibility. A man named Rick told me so and then left.
In 1996, an Italian born diver named Cristina Zenato was on a routine dive off the coast of the Bahamas when a shark approached her. It did not attack. Instead, it circled her, revealing a fishing hook lodged deep in its mouth.
Most people would have frozen. Cristina reached out and removed the hook.
The shark, later named Foggy Eye, returned to her afterward and kept showing up at her dives. Word seemed to travel through the reef. One by one, other injured sharks began approaching her, each carrying its own hook, its own quiet request for help.
Over the next 20 years, Cristina removed nearly 300 hooks from sharks. She did this despite heavy opposition from family and friends who feared for her safety. She was never harmed.
Today she is known as the Shark Whisperer, a title earned through patience, trust, and an unshakable belief that these creatures deserve to be understood rather than feared.
Fear yields to purpose when you master your instincts.
“Above all, do not lose your desire to walk.”
- Søren Kierkegaard
Søren Kierkegaard wrote these words in an 1847 letter to his ailing sister-in-law, emphasizing that walking was essential not only for physical health but also for mental clarity. The Danish philosopher, who was known for his daily walks through the streets of Copenhagen, believed that constant movement was one of the best remedies for existential anxiety and mental stagnation.
By saying he could walk away from even his heaviest thoughts, Kierkegaard portrayed walking as more than a simple distraction. He saw it as a powerful way to work through grief, anxiety, and life’s most difficult questions. His words remain a timeless reminder that physical movement can inspire emotional and intellectual progress, while remaining still can leave us feeling trapped.
"You know a lot about EDS. I am the only ENT in the country with known EDS and about 20 who are interested in the condition."
*shoves camera up my nose a day after my 4th Xolair treatment*
"Inflammation and histamine! I like to refer to MCAS as 'mast cell fragility.' Let's get you a CT. When you say fibromyalgia-type pain and EDS, I want to give you a long-term dose of an antibiotic to get biofilms and infection that is deep in your joints. Let's see what your CT looks like first. I'll also give you a nasal spray to use generously on mast cell flare days."
