Chief LeDoux and Gambler First Nation are doing fantastic work to create more opportunities for all of #Manitoba!
Now with @FNFMB certification, they’re even more empowered to facilitate strong investments and build for the future.
Congrats Gambler!

On the 2nd annual #NationalRibbonSkirtDay, we recognize the generational significance of the ribbon skirt in First Nations and Métis traditions, as well as celebrating it as a meaningful expression of Indigenous culture.
2024 also means more savings for local businesses!
Our team adjusted 2024 payroll tax thresholds to bring annual savings to 900 Manitoba businesses and exempt +100 from the tax entirely.
That means more money to introduce new products, hire more Manitobans, and increase wages!
New year, more savings!
PCs adjusted tax thresholds so low-income & middle-class Manitobans can keep more of their hard-earned money—effective today.
We made sure you’ll earn more money before paying income taxes AND you’ll pay less taxes too! 🥳 #mbpoli
Congrats to Headingley’s Ryan Smith on being chosen to lead 🇨🇦’s men’s hockey team—alongside Winnipeg’s @kkeats7—at the #Gangwon2024 Winter Youth Olympic Games in S. Korea!
There’s no doubt we’ll be seeing many more Manitobans on the world stage in 2024.

A horrible tragedy for an individual who was seeking safety from war for his family. These random acts of violence destroy families and shake the sense of safety for communities. May the family be touched by the kindness of Manitobans, which is who we truly are.
✨ The City of Morden would like to congratulate Nancy Penner on becoming our newly elected Mayor, and a warm welcome to our newly elected Councillors, Brenda Klassen and Tracey Krause!
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who attended, including Winkler Mayor Henry Siemens, RM of Stanley Reeve Ike Friesen, and Carrie Hiebert MLA for Morden-Winkler.
Let's work together towards the betterment of our city, neighbouring communities and the entire region!

Richard Ndlovu has been a beloved friend to the @balmoralhall community for over 20 years.
Richard retires this week, and it was my privilege to honour him for his decades of service and for the kindness he’s spread to the community over all these years. This was also his first time inside the Legislature!
As part of Balmoral’s maintenance team, Richard has been a welcoming face to greet students every day. He took the time to know everyone by name. With a smile, he’d also take the time to talk to students and to listen, because he loves to hear people’s stories.
Richard has been there for hundreds of students, including for my daughter, Victoria. The first day of kindergarten, the journey from elementary through high school, and finally to graduation.
On behalf of myself, my family, and all families touched by your work, we thank you for being there, Richard, and wish you all the best in your retirement. #winnipeg
Fact: The people of friendly #Manitoba have a big heart!
When Manitobans are able to keep more of their hard-earned income, they’re more empowered to give. #mbpoli
Manitoba is once again the most generous province in Canada! According to The Fraser Institute's 2023 Generosity Index released yesterday, 19.7 per cent of Manitobans donate to charity.

The embodiment of “Proud Canadian”: Our national anthem thoughtfully woven into a different yet common language in Canada, sang by youth in front of Canadians from all walks of life who came together for hockey.
An historic moment for Canada right here in #Manitoba. 🇨🇦 @NHLJets
Manitoba’s first acute stroke unit is opening at HSC next week following extensive renovations by PCs!
Last time the NDP were in government, they opposed the creation of this unit TWICE.
We’re proud we could help get it done. @KathleenCookMB #mbpoli
