Honestly, we just had to get out of our own way.

We doubled average view duration and CPM in 12 months by just changing 10% of the format/editing ('repackaging').

It's easy to fall into the doomer mindset, and having to adapt is stressful and annoying, but at the end of the day no one will hold your hand.
