I've been thinking about dopamine as currency. Where do I want to spend my limited amount of money? Who or what do I want to give it to? How much have I wasted on Zuck and Elon?

@adhdadulting I've tried so many and realized...

A) An app just sucked me back into my phone which then sucked me into socials which killed my creativity.

B) Trying new apps was just a form of procrastinating. If pen/paper couldn't track everything then I was trying to do too much.

@AdultingADHD 100%, and thats why I started All Day Dreaming so people don't have to step on the same landmines I did. It's not fair the govt is so slow to help and most telemedicine companies are just out to make money.
