We want to directly address this to ensure there’s no further misunderstanding.

At no point did we claim, suggest, or imply that Hypio, its leadership, or its community had officially endorsed, backed, or partnered with Hypurrverse. The only collaboration that existed was a basic whitelist arrangement — a collaboration Hypio themselves agreed to, including a request for discounted whitelist spots instead of regular ones, which we agreed to as a gesture of goodwill.

Any reference to our call with Hypio leadership was solely to redirect ongoing FUD and brigading in our community from the Hypios community to the appropriate point of contact within Hypio leadership. It was never presented as any form of endorsement or approval.

Additionally, in the private conversation being referenced, Hypio’s name was first brought up by the other party — not by us — and anything mentioned was under the context of a whitelist collaboration.

While we respect Hypio’s right to protect their brand, we cannot ignore the fact that public statements made by Hypio and individuals associated with their team have caused measurable harm to Hypurrverse’s reputation and directly impacted the outcome of our mint.

We remain committed to transparency, open communication, and acting in good faith as we move forward, but it’s important that we set the record straight to avoid further misinformation.
