Incredible view of a natural gas explosion in East NY Brooklyn, this explosion would become a 3 alarm with serious firefighting safety concerns, fire units did epic work putting this out and limiting it’s spread. Thankfully all civilians got out safely with minimal injuries.
SF Fire Department fixed the problem in a matter of minutes, but the way they did it is nothing short of a blockbuster movie scene. Still in awe, well done @SFFDPIO

10:28:22: The North Tower of the World Trade Center collapses. No one who was above the impact zone in the North Tower escapes the collapse. The Marriott Hotel, located at the base of the two towers, is also destroyed. The North Tower collapses 1 hour, 42 minutes after the impact
10:03:11: Flight 93 crashes at 583 mph, due to fighting in the cockpit, 80 miles southeast of Pittsburgh in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. At least three passengers were planning on resisting the hijackers; the hijackers decide to down the plane before the passengers succeed.
9:59:00: The South Tower of the World Trade Center collapses, 56 minutes after the impact of Flight 175. As the roar of the collapse goes silent, tremendous gray-white clouds of pulverized concrete and gypsum rush through the streets.
9:37:46: Flight 77 crashes into the western side of the Pentagon at 530 mph and starts a violent fire. The section of the Pentagon hit consists mainly of newly renovated, unoccupied offices. All 64 people on board are killed, as are 125 Pentagon personnel.
