BREAKING: Four-time Iowa high school state champion Molly Allen is transferring to Iowa State.
Allen was previously at Oklahoma State and most recently finished runner-up at U20 World Team Trials

Breaking news: Kennedy Blades announces that she will begin pursuing her Senior Level Career full time, and also be joining Real American Freestyle.
Blades also said she will continue to train in Iowa, but is moving on from college wrestling.
Iowa State add Japan International Rin Sakamoto at 133 pounds.
Sakamoto has a career 0-3 at Oklahoma State over two seasons, but he finished 8th at the Senior World Championships last year in Croatia.

Ankeny Centennial wrestler and Iowa State signee Cale Vandermark defeated Antonio Mills 13-9 at the U20 World Team Trials in Ohio.
Mills is ranked #11 in the class of 2026 and is a Fargo/Super 32 champ. Big win for Vandermark to start the day.
Iowa announces that head coach Clarissa Chun has received a contract extension through 2031.
Chun has won two NCWWC national titles in the program’s three year history, and was the NCAA runner-up in March.
Breaking news: Davenport Assumption’s State champion Greta Brus has committed to Iowa State. She was previously committed to McKendree but will now join the Cyclones 🌪️

Former World Champion and three-time Olympian Dennis Hall has announced he is stepping down as head coach at Dubuque.
He helped coach Alex Horichter and Shea Reisel to All-American status for the Spartans.
Hall said he is stepping away for work-life balance.
Former University of Iowa wrestler and William Penn assistant coach Cash Wilcke has also been added to the Iowa State Women’s coaching staff, joining Alli St. John and Jake Kadel.
Per ISU’s release Wilcke will also serve as the team’s Director of Operations
Wartburg assistant coach and former Grand View wrestler Sami Lusk has been named the inaugural head coach of Fairmont State’s Women’s Wrestling program!
