Avoiding eye contact is fundamentally a fixation on self, self-image and fear of judgment that results in avoidance of discomfort —> not seeing (both figuratively and literally) a human being in front of you —> even more awkwardness

The further is your journey the more people you meet along the way. I definitely at this point have collected a pretty insane range of life experiences. And today I realized it’s simply a new cycle of another long journey ahead of me with a completely different set of characters
