On 16.01.2025, IBJ India, with the support of prison administration, organized a Legal Awareness & Counselling Programme at Muhaiza Ward, Jail No. 3, Tihar.
Led by Advocates Ajay Verma, Ajay Raghav, Neeraj Bhardwaj & Akshay Yadav, the session guided undertrial prisoners on bail provisions under BNSS, legal rights, remedies, and access to free legal aid.
